   1       t            Ground cardamom
     1/4   ts           Nutmeg
     1/2   ts           Salt
   1 1/2   c            Rolled oats
   1 1/2   c            Whole wheat bread flour
   2       ts           Active dry yeast
     1/2   c            Chopped dried peaches

  You can substitute one 16-ounce can sliced peaches for
  the fresh peaches and applesauce.
