    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Baking soda
      1 tb Caraway seeds
  1 1/2 c  Bread flour
  1 1/2 ts Buttermilk powder
      1 ts Yeast
    1/4 c  Raisins

------------------MEDIUM CAPACITY MACHINE------------------
    2/3 c  Water
  1 1/4 tb Butter or margarine
  1 1/3 tb Sugar
    2/3 ts Salt
    1/3 ts Baking soda
  1 1/3 ts Caraway seeds
      2 c  Bread flour
      2 tb Buttermilk powder
  1 1/2 ts Yeast
    1/3 c  Raisins

------------------LARGE CAPACITY MACHINE------------------
      1 c  Water
      2 tb Butter or margarine
      2 tb Sugar
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Baking soda
      2 ts Caraway seeds
      3 c  Bread flour
      3 tb Buttermilk powder
  2 1/2 ts Yeast
    1/2 c  Raisins
 
  Put all ingredients except raisins into breadmaker.
  Press start. Add raisins after first kneading.
