                         Peaches and Spice Bread

   1      cup           oats
     1/4  cup           apple juice *
   1                    egg
   1 1/2  cups          whole wheat flour
   1 1/2  cups          bread flour
     1/4  cup           miller bran
   1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
   1 1/2  tablespoons   butter
   2      tablespoons   honey
   1 1/2  cups          peaches -- drained
   1      teaspoon      cinnamon
   1      teaspoon      ginger
   1      teaspoon      nutmeg
     1/3  cup           walnuts
   2      teaspoons     yeast **

* or the juice from the canned peaches.     ** for panosonic machine use
4 teaspoons

Place all in bread pan, select light crust setting and press start.
cool 1 hour beore slicing.
