                        ONE POUND LOAF
   1      teaspoon      active dry yeast
   1 1/2  Tablespoons   sugar
   2      cups          bread flour
   1      teaspoon      salt
   2      Tablespoons   sweet pickle relish* -- drained
   1      Tablespoon    butter**
     1/2  cup           milk
   2      Tablespoons   water -- warmed

This a tasty soft bread.

NOTE:*
Next time I will use 4 tablespoon sweet pickle relish.

NOTE:**
I used diet margarine.
