    I've tried this bread several times in my Hitachi
    and have been very happy with it.  Don't be alarmed
    at the small size of the loaf; the top is supposed
    to sink.  The recipe comes from Donna German's 1st
    B/M Cookbook.
    (This is great to put on the timer to have first
