                           Hash And Corn Bread

   1      Pkg.          corn muffin mix
   1      Can           corn beef hash -- (15 oz.)
     1/2  C.            onion -- chopped
   1                    egg
   3      Tbsp.         grated Parmesan cheese

Combine corn muffin mix according to package. Combine
corn beef hash, onion and egg. Blend cheese into corn muffin
batter. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. Pour 1/2 of corn
muffin mix into pan. Pour corn beef hash over this making a
sandwich, pouring remaining corn muffin mix over the corn beef
hash. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
