      Title: Kentucky Cornbread
 Categories: Cornbread
      Yield: 1 Cornbread
 
  1 1/2 c  Self-rising meal
      8 oz Sour cream
      2    Eggs
      1 md Onion; chopped fine
      8 oz Can cream-style corn
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Mix all ingredients together. Bake in oven at 400 F for 30 minutes or
