MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Honey Cornbread Categories: Breads, Dairy Yield: 9 Servings 1 c A-P flour 1 c Yellow corn meal 1/4 c Sugar 3 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 2 lg Eggs; room temperature 1 c Heavy whipping cream 1/4 c Canola oil 1/4 c Honey Set oven @ 400 F/205 C. In a bowl, combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, oil, and honey; beat well. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a greased 9" square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
