In a large bowl stir together the flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl mix together the milk, butter, bacon grease, and egg. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until all lumps are dissolved. Pour the mixture into an 8x8" baking pan and bake until golden brown, about 50 to 60 minutes.
