     Title: Sweet Milk Corn Bread

  Servings: 1

      2 c  Corn meal                   
  1 1/2 c  Milk                        
      4 tb Shortening; melted         
      1 ts Salt                        
      1 c  Flour; white               
      2 ea Eggs; well beaten          
      2 tb Sugar                       
      3 tb Baking powder               

  Stir all together. Pour in baking pan. Brush top with melted butter   
  and bake in moderate oven 25 minutes.                                 
                                                                        
  Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
