---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.03 (*P) Title: Basic Cornbread Categories: Breads, Mcdougall Servings: 8 2 c Corn meal 1/2 c Whole wheat flour 1/3 c Oat flour 1/3 c Millet flour 4 ts Baking powder 2 c Rice milk 4 tb Frozen apple juice - concentrate; thawed 3 ts Ener-G Egg Replacer; well - beaten with: 4 tb Water Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix the corn meal, flours, and baking powder together and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the dry ingredients. Fold together briefly.
