MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Whipped Cream Biscuits Categories: Five, Breads, Dairy Yield: 5 Biscuits 1 c A-P flour 1 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Heavy whipping cream; - whipped Set oven @ 425 F/218 C. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in cream. Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead 10 times. Roll to 3/4" thickness; cut with a 2-1/4" round biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.
