At age 4 or 5, near the Baltimore Inner Harbor.  I witnessed a street
performer fly into a rage, because the authorities threw a tin can 
containing his clothing into the river.  He walked around, repeating 
``My can...they took my  can.''  Shortly after this, he lit knives 
on fire.
