Mindfulness Practice ==================== Mindfulness practice has two (three) aspects: wú wéi, breathing, thinking. Firstly, *Wú wéi*, is to be kept as the basis[0]. Wú wéi means going easy, not forcing (this practice). So, whenever this practice, of this article, becomes uneasy, you stop doing this mindfulness practice. Then, *Breathing*, is to try to keep breathing openly, continuously, during this practice. Continuous breathing. Sometimes, in every day life, modern humans stop breathing for doing some actions... Don't do it, keep breathing. Lastly, *Thinking*, is thinking about *full*, about *all*, about *group*, about *difference*. Pick a word, that connects to these concepts, and say this word to yourself -- without speaking it -- once in a while while practicing this Mindfulness. This concludes this practice's theory. It is now up to ownself, to try this Mindfulness, and conclude for yourself, if it helps your ownself.
