Here comes the command info, which allows to read GNU documentation
in texinfo format without installing GNU emacs.
First create the directory /usr/local/emacs/info and move the files "dir"
and "info" into it.
Build the info commad by typing make and move the resulting file "info" to
/usr/local/bin, where all your privat installed commands should go.
Now you are ready to run the info command and read it's documentation.
