I believe the audiotools contained here are identical to those in
Release.3(early), only the demo program (au2.c) is new.

As with Release.3(early) version, this fixes the release2 memory
allocation bug (see the readme file in Release.3(early).

This program was concocted in the attempt to add a tap dancer
sound to the prize-winning entry in the BADGE killer demo contest.
The entry was "Halfbrite Hill", showing the tap dancing ghost of
Fred Astaire. Unfortunately, the sound track (here) was finished
too late to add it to the demo, but it is here, as an example, for
you.

P.S. This version was compiled with Manx 3.4b.
