       Wally says, "Sure." Wally says, "Your plan is a hodge-podge of
       unwarranted optimism encased in an impenetrable fortress of
       buzzwords." Dilbert says, "Would you like to read it?" Wally says,
       "There's that unwarranted optimism again."
