       The boss is at a table flanked by Dilbert and Wally.  The boss says,
       "My philosophy is: measure twice.."   The boss continues, "Then cut
       twice, then uh..."   Wally says, "Give the tape measure a bad
       performance review?"  Dilbert giggles, "Hee hee!..Ooh."
