       Dilbert sit with Ted at a conference table.  Ted says, "Do you mind if
       I floss?"   Dilbert says, "Yes.  I would be thoroughly disgusted and
       hate you forever."   Ted begins to floss.  Ted says, "Well, I can't
       please everyone."
