       As he drives his car, Dilbert wonders, "Gee, how could anybody be
       opposed to building more roads?" Dilbert continues, "Every time I see
       highway construction . . ." Dilbert continues, ". . . Some protestor
       has already put up a sign."  Dilbert drives past an "End Construction"
       sign.
