           10 reads a video from stdin and translation operands from

           12 and perform framewise translation of the video and
           13 prints the resulting video to stdout.

           17 The first pixel value in a frame is used as the
           18 translation value for the X-axis in the same frame
           19 in the video, and the second pixel value is used
