@malcircuit That sound true and wrong at the same time. Being worried helps in mobilising ressources to call for a change, to not be ok with the situation. Because thats what it is. You shouldn't just keep on doing usual stuff, you should be alarmed and try to pull any lever possible to make a change.

@artemis What an amazing read, thank you very much. It opened my eyes. AI must be declared like organic stuff in the supermarket. It's a tool to level out and work with a median of already existing data. It cannot really account for live and especially not for creativity and Art as such. To consume AI literature is like eating sugar instead of eating a candy. Gosh I'm kind of heavy on those analogies xDI'd like to think though that, as a tool for data it definitely has it's uses.

@malcircuit Very true, it isn't so much about our choices anymore, one can only do very little. Hoping some of those little actions make a change is the most sensible thing to do, although it sometimes is quite (very) frustrating. I have to stop me from busting my head in the sand. We have to survive and make little changes for the better wherever we can. Like in this text you pointed out :)

@Drippy_Spudd We shouldn't waste so much of our time fighting against ourselves and fight against perversely enormous wealth. But as no-one wants just to throw all in we try to manage our sometimes meager resources. And the ones with the resources want change too, but also keep their padding.
