       can someone tell me why so many #job listings want you to submit a video, or how video could possibly be a factor in remote work?explain like i'm new, because frankly, i haven't had to look for a job in a real long time and it LOOKS like a way to be racist, sexist, and ableist in addition to trying to hire only people you find attractive via an indirect, hard-to-prove technicality

Tbh, I have frequently looked up policy or candidates AT the poll while voting. There is VERY little excuse where you claim voting makes people feel stupid.Refusing to engage in civic duty is a moral failing more often than an intellectual one.It is one day.
