Bitte zuerst abstimmen, dann lesen :)- #Notstrom bedeutet bei Stromausfall (die wichtigsten Geräte) manuell umstecken. Teils können bestimmte, kleine Verbraucher auch dauerhaft angeschlossen werden. I.d.R. nur einphasig. Aber leider NICHT bei jedem System mit dabei!- #Ersatzstrom versorgt den ganzen Haushalt, Büro oder anderes (z.B. Ich sehe, dass auch hier im #Fediverse noch viel Halbwissen & Falschinformationen zu #Photovoltaik zirkulieren. Da ist es wenig hilfreich, wenn ein größerer deutscher #Energiewende-Influenzer sich geradezu sträubt, insbes. auch beim Thema #Notstrom erhöhten Informationsbedarf zu erkennen und mich einen "Quatschkopf" nennt. Besides wird #Kritis immer wichtiger und sei es nur, um #Russland und die #USA vor weiterer Eskalation abzubringen. Hashtags #SoftPower & #Friedensenergie1/2#PV #SolarPV

Habe die letzte Umfrage jetzt wieder gelöscht. Werde den Account stilllegen. Hier kommt wirklich so GAR nichts zurück! Und damit meine ich nicht das Fediverse, sondern explizit meine Followerschaft. Liegt wohl an dem ursprünglichen, sehr spezifischen Aufklärungszweck des Accounts, anders kann ich mir das nicht mehr erklären!

@Life_is so wird es zumindest behauptet. Stand heute IST #WSocial Bluesky mit einer anderen, in vermutlich 30 Minuten gezimmerten Landing Page, nicht etwa nur das #Bluesky-Protokoll. @hpod16 that's (partly) true, IMHO: ppl just want to register as quick as possible and might find the choice of servers as an obstacle. On the other hand, ppl apparently like get on a wait list for Bluesky or now W-Bluesky 😅, which is the the opposite of an easy access.But I do see the point and that's why https://joinmastodon.org basically says: "continue with mastodon.social or choose your individual server". It's a choice, not mandatory. Same as for not using any form of algorithm.@ekari

@hpod16@eupolicy.social I do believe, though, that this should be communicated better! For the rest, actually I found registering on :mastodon: easier than on commercial platforms before, because it asks for less personal data. E-mail, username, password, that's it. No telephone number, no location or even ID (Facebook once asked me for it). Oh, your old profile on Mastodon probably is @hpod16 (easy, the same username, just on another instance).@ekari

@hpod16@eupolicy.social they were just two, both from 2023, right? My guess is that eupolicy.social is a rather small instance (right?) and rather conservative in fetching content from the fediverse. There are so called "relays" (I'm not a pro, too, but for what understood it means that servers can choose certain other servers to help them fetching more content, a little bit like humans helping each other out), your server might need (more of) them.@hpod16 @ekari
