I. Exporting Journal Entries

        A. Exporting Rich Text Format (RTF) Files
The program will allow for exporting of RTF files but will
only import ASCII text. Trying to import rich text files
into Daily Journal 2.0 will have unpredictable results.

        B. On page 11 of your Users Guide the text incorrectly states:
" By marking selected, only the selected portion will be
              exported. "
When exporting text, the entire day's entry will be exported.

II. Deleting Daily Journal 1.0 Journal Files

Converting your files from version 1.0 to 2.0 is handled with the
setup routine. The conversion process simply reads your old journal
files and writes a new journal file in the new format. Because of the
enhanced features, the new journal file will be slightly larger than
your old journal. When the conversion process is complete, the old
journal is still on your system. Once you have verified the
conversion was successful, you can safely delete the old version
journal files. Only delete those files with a JRN extension.

III. Using Fonts

On page 8 of your Users Guide, the 1st paragraph reads:
" The font you've selected will be reflected in all entries of
          each journal. "

The default will be used as you begin each entry, but you can
select different fonts for any portion of your text. When you
save that entry, the fonts you've used in that entry are also
        saved.
