		Background graphic can be stretched to fit if desired
		Thumbnail of piece is shown in piece graphics selection
		HighScores now keep track of level, lines completed, pieces played, bonuses etc
		HighScores are now stored in "Bedter.HS" instead of in "Bedter.ini" 
		Keyboard handelling slightly changed - keyboard sensativety also changed.

v2.51  	September 98
		Direction pieces fall is now customisable (traditional down or whacked up)
		if a high score is achieved focus is now set to the name box
		"default" now selects Change Level by time (seconds)
