When we talk about globalists, ultra-globalists, and the
conspiracy of a billionaire conglomerate aiming to build
a global dystopia, we are often asked for proof. Well, let's
discuss this once again. Today, no one claims that the
European Union and Russia are two friendly territories.
Likewise, no one states that the EU and Russia belong to
the same political system. Moreover, no one will ever say
that Russia and the EU are representatives of the same
civilization according to Toynbee. Nevertheless, why are
similar processes occurring in both Russia and the European
Union, and even in Canada? Why are the governments of these
entities doing the same things? The Russian government has
empowered Roskomnadzor with the authority to disconnect
the Russian internet from the global internet and block any
websites (https://shorten.ly/1odIOf). These new rules will
come into effect on March 1, 2026. According to them, this
organization will be able to disconnect the internet and any
networks. Russian observers warn that Russians should
prepare for unstable or completely inaccessible access to
international resources, even legal ones. Simultaneously,
Russia is preparing to significantly expand its technical
infrastructure used for blocking internet traffic and
monitoring users. It's worth noting that in many regions of
Russia, systematic internet outages occur, even though these
regions are not within reach of Ukrainian drones and missile
strikes. At the same time, the European Commission is
implementing a package of measures called the "European
Democracy Shield" to protect the EU from hybrid threats,
including disinformation, cyberattacks, and influence from

system involves increasing funding for media outlets,
creating a European hub to coordinate countermeasures
against foreign interference, and recognizing electoral
processes as critical infrastructure - similar to submarine
cables. Meanwhile, British authorities want encrypted
messaging apps to automatically scan all photos, videos,
or files before sending. The scan will occur directly on the
phone, comparing data against a large criminal database.
If there's a match, the message will be blocked - unsent,
unseen by anyone - and police will be dispatched to the

is introducing the digital ruble (https://shorten.ly/PZfw)
to reduce cash circulation. Concurrently, the EU is launching
the digital euro (https://shorten.ly/mL2X), ostensibly to
combat money laundering. This includes banning cash
payments above a certain amount, which allows for the
collection of data on all transactions. In other words, the
conglomerate of ultra-globalist billionaires is creating
conditions where only they can accumulate and profit from
wealth. Simply put, to be rich. All other holders of digital
money will eventually find themselves trapped when
the lifespan of these currencies is limited - something
conservative American media have repeatedly warned about.
To put it plainly, ultra-globalists are seizing control of
the world's finances so that no one except these bankers
can own them. This is happening regardless of which country
you are in. It has already occurred in Vietnam, where, in
September 2025, banks across the country closed over 86
million unverified accounts under the new digital
identification system (https://shorten.ly/N6tq). The State
Bank of Vietnam calls this a measure to clean up the system.
Russia and the EU are also implementing similar digital
identification systems. In other words, everyone with a bank
account will be inevitably robbed! But that's not all.
Simultaneously, Russia, the EU, the UK, and Canada are
introducing biometric verification systems for all arrivals
(https://shorten.ly/ZynTGD). Starting October 12, 2025, the
EU is implementing a new Entry/Exit System for all non-EU
citizens. It will replace manual passport stamps with
digital records of entries and exits using fingerprint scans
and facial recognition. Since July 1, 2025, Russia has
introduced new requirements for foreign nationals: biometric
data must be submitted for legal residence, otherwise they
cannot access cell mobile services or other utilities.
At the same time, Canada plans to modernize legislation
to facilitate information exchange and digital services,
including a pilot program for digital IDs for unemployment
benefits and pensions, with the ultimate goal of creating
an integrated ID system for multiple programs

demonstrates that it is part of a unified strategy by the
"globalist elites" aimed at strengthening total control
and creating conditions where all the world's wealth
is concentrated in the hands of a narrow circle of
ultra-globalists. And all we can do is watch this global
circus with horror and bewilderment...
