Updating pharc for gophernicus

       Well, like I promised on my previous post, it was necessary to update 
       pharc's file permissions to match gophernicus requirements.
       
       It is a simple update, chmod 644 new files and 755 new directories. I 
       was hesitating whether publishing a new version which would be number 
       7 or simply writing a patch. So far I have pushed my changes to the 
       git repo, so that you can download the file from there:
       
       https://gitlab.com/pharc/pharc/-/blob/master/scripts/gopher/pharc7
       
       But I am pretty sure that I will eventually release it. Just give me a
       little time to test it more thoroughly. I like to test changes even if
       they are minimal.
