*BSD upgrades

I upgraded to the new OpenBSD 7.3 release on my Thinkpad T60 this
week.  I also took some time to customise the login screen and
herbstluftwm configuration file.  I'm beginning to get used to the
keyboard commands used in controlling herstluftwm and I like it a
lot.

Next on the agenda is to get a game controller and some game
emulators working.

I have FreeBSD 12 running on a raspberry pi 3 which I've neglected to
update.  I tried to do so this week but got errors, I think I can't
step upgrade to the latest release I have to do a fresh install from
12 to 13.2.  I don't have the inclination to do this at the moment,
it just hosts torrents and is working fine for the time being.
