SDFEU: Gopher

I see a lot of sdfeu gopher spaces returning "Error: Access denied!".
This is a permissions problem.  The proper permissions for use with
gophernicus are 755 for directories and 644 for files, including the
gophermap file.

The script associated with MKGOPHER> chmod set the wrong permissions
for gophernicus.  Use a regular shell to change the permissions.
