''m21'' is a content managment system for my personal web site. It will combine
features of blogs, gopher sites, and wikis, and capitalize on shell tools for 
content development, organization, and presentation.

** Purpose

A simple way to capture, organize, and link thoughts and information on a wide
range of topics. Articles accessible in update order, topic hierarchy, or 
reference network.

** Alternate Name

May rename system //Tears in Rain// or //TiR// for movie //Bladerunner// simile for the loss of memories upon an android's death.
