Tears in Rain Installation

Tears in Rain is currently comprised of the following scripts:

• tirblog
• tirframe
• tirindex
• tirsynch

For each script:

1. Edit and set values of CAT, ECHO, SED, TIRROOT variables for platform.
2. Move to directory in PATH.
