   Mother's trail
   --------------

   she walks the road and sings
   she walks the road and sings
   she walks the road and sings

   the string of grass 

   She turns around
   and unfolds
   in the middle of winter

   in the middle of winter she unfolds
   snow crystal face

   she turns away from me for a while forever
