checks for the presence of the \f4uucp\fP system required files and
directories.
\f4uucheck\fP also does error checking of the
\f2Permissions\f1 file (\f4/etc/uucp/Permissions\f1).
\f4uucheck\fP has the following options:

Give a detailed (verbose) explanation of how the uucp programs will interpret
the \f2Permissions\f1 file.

\f2debug_level\f1 is a number from 0 to 9.  Higher numbers give more detailed
