       OCC DAY 06of07

Today's OCC time was spent brainstorming the layout of the case.
Since the RPi Zero is small, and the case is much larger, there is
room to put other things. Even with all of the peripherals
attached to the RPi, there is still empty space that can be used.
       So I did more brainstorming.

In recent days, I have been spending leisure time putting together
book nooks. These are kits that you can put together that are like
dioramas or 3D puzzles for your bookshelf. They usually have some
kind of scene, like a coffee shop or a library and have some kind
of LED lighting in them. I enjoy assembling them and they remind
me of playing with LEGO or model kits I used to assemble back in
       the day.

I assembled one a couple months ago that is a marble run. It has a
sci-fi theme with steel balls that go through the track. It is
also automated and has LEDs. I think it will fit nicely for this
project and help utilize the space. It also runs off USB-C and has
an extra USB port for expansion. I can probably use that for
       additional power, if necessary.

Also, for further power expansion, I have a Raspberry Pi UPS that I
used in a project that has long been dismantled. I think the UPS
was built for a Raspberry Pi 2. I was able to charge it up and it
seems to run without any problems. The battery is 3800mAh, but the
capacity is probably much less. It should be fine for the RPi
Zero, but I probably should check the remaining capacity, tho I
don't really see this project utilizing a UPS. Just m0ar power
       options.

Another things, I think I spent way too much time playing with
stuff and going down rabbit holes, thinking of what to add or just
paying too much attention to miscellaneous ideas that don't really
pertain to the task at hand. I think I need to be more mindful of
       that.

       OK, that's it for now.
