       I just spent some time with my friend, Daniel.  It was the first 
       for the year.  I haven't seen him since last year, haha.  I have 
       witnessed transformation in him.  This is what I live for.  Seeing 
       people transform.  It feeds my soul.  It gives me hope and assures 
       me that I am on the right path.
       
       So we made the jump.  Glad to be alive.  That wasn't always the 
       case.  Today it is.  I have hope for 2026.  Day 7of365 has been ok 
       so far.  I know there is much more to come, unless I drop dead 
       today, which I am ill prepared for.
       
       Today is day 183of199 of The Occupation(tm).  I actually learned of 
       an end date, so it is no longer day 183of60, it is now 183of199.  
       There is a light at the end of the tunnel and thank gawd it is not 
       a train.  I wonder what life will be like once that threshold has 
       been crossed.  I am anticipating a new freedom and a new happiness.  
       Well, that is happening today with this news and only 16 days left 
       of The Occupation.  Gotta make this count...for what?  Who knows.  
       All I know is that I am not in the way today.
