I have been busy taking my time working on many things here at home.
Different things than I would have pre-COVID-19. Fun things
that I want to work on, like fun LED lights for the
garage...and then moar fun LED lights for the garage. And
then projects around the house. And spending longer dinners
talking with the fam. And connecting with old friends. I am
still working from home, which has been a blessing. It seems
that life has slowed down to a more manageable pace for me,
which I enjoy. I do hope that when this is all done and life
goes back in session, I remember to put the brakes on more
often and try not to get so caught up in the whirlwind of
that life that it ceases to be fun again.

OK, decided to write a little more for this entry. Another term
has been coming up. "Analysis paralysis." I think this is when
you over analyze something too much that it prevents you from taking
action. I think this happens to me sometimes. I'll spend too much
time thinking about something that I don't do something, like a
big project I want to do or some certification I want to train for
or whatever. Sometimes it is better for me to just jump in and do
something before my mind has a chance to self-sabotage.

I had a bunch of old used citronella candles from previous years
that I have melted down and poured into old ice cube trays. I have
kept these citronella "ingots" in repurposed nut containers and now
I have been using them in the garage since the bugs are becoming
moar active. I put the ingots in a small tin can and place it on
this old coffee pot warmer that I picked up at a garbage sale some
time ago. Now my garage smells of citronella and the bugs stay
away. I just turned off the warmer now and it's time to go inside.
