       I finally got around to swapping out the battery in my CAT 
       S60.  The battery got all puffy shortly after the warranty 
       expired.  The phone is rugged on the outside, not on the 
       inside.  Kinda disappointing.  I have since switched to a 
       semi-dumb phone for my personal phone, but wanted to keep 
       using the CAT S60 for the infrared camera and for testing 
       purposes.
       
       Below are some pics of the replacement.  It was more 
       intrusive than I would have liked it to be but at least I 
       don't have to worry about the battery safety and I didn't end 
       up with any extra parts (aside from the bad battery.)
