       Our network provider in Roubaix France has decided to shutdown their 
       operations in that region.  We are looking for another data center
       for eu.sdf.org (VPN) for the interim.  This does not at all affect 
       SDFeu.org which is in Falkenstein Germany nor any of the other VPN 
       servers.  Just specifically the eu.sdf.org VPN server.
