       SUBJECT: power outage at SEA2 DC in Tukwila

       The SEA2 DC in Tukwila Washington experienced a prolonged power outage with 
       a failed transfer to diesel back up after batteries were depleated.  We are 
       waiting to hear from the DC regarding the outage and will include that 
       information.  This is a very rare occurance and may be related to last 
       night's storm which is affecting the region.
