       SUBJECT: Power transfer testing Sunday Oct 8th

       Transfer between municipal and private power will be tested on Sunday 
       October 8th between 10am to 2pm.  The entire datacenter has been notified 
       and preparations have been made.  That being said, the staff does not 
       anticipate a power outage as repairs have been made to the transfer system.
