       apache24 and php8.3 are now working with nextcloud and roundcube on 
       mav.sdf.org.  Please keep in mind that these are not production 
       installations as we will do a final synchronization from ma.sdf.org before 
       cutting over.
       
       personal websites will now be tested.  Once this is complete we can remount 
       /meta read-only on ma.sdf.org, run the final sync and cut everyone over to 
       the new MetaArray V.
