       a watchdog timer is now enabled which will dump memory during a system hang 
       and then reboot each machine.  we're trying to figure out which MetaARPA 
       member is causing these hangs so we can help them change what they're 
       doing.  Unfortunately no one has come forward to explain what they've been 
       doing when the hangs occur.
