       sverige and iceland have experienced resource exhaustion scenarios which 
       cause the machines to hang.  We've determined that this is not a hardware 
       issue, but rather a user process.  If you have been on the system when it 
       hangs please contact 'membership@sdf.org' and let us know what you're doing 
       so that we can find a better way for you.
