I barely understand your goals. In any case you'd probably stay within
civilization traveling between emergency camps/sites.
Medkit
------
Marker to write on body (timestamps and ID particularly). Poisoning:
anti-nausea (metoclopramide), anti-diarrhea (loperamide, also useful
for long transportations/travel, furazolidone - note it's MAOI),
colloidal silica. Stuff, which may help in some cases: high blood
pressure reducer (common tabs at minimum), antihystamine (allergic
reactions), injectable antihystamine (suddenly discovered acute
allergy; it happens), antacid. More obvious stuff: bottle of antiseptic
(chlorhexidine), diclofenac (tabs and ampoules), antibiotic (you
choose), panthenol. Rehydration powder. Training for other things. All
in all it doesn't take lot of space compared to your kits.
Mosquitoes ointment (optional). Mousetraps (important, or you loose
your bags/loot).
Caffeine tabs. Because it's addiction.
Depending on your scenario, other things may be included, some not
ethical to mention.
Tools

Nylon thread and awl for boots and bags emergency repair.
Tape measure. Pencil. Nails.
Electricity
-----------
Neon test screwdriver, screw terminals, your local plug socket/split.
Wet destructed buildings and generators await you.
Accesories
----------
Stainless steel cup.
Fill residue with lighters, duct tape, plastic bags, wet napkins,
toilet paper, underpants and socks.
Maps
----
Osmand/whatever you use/sun panel/powerbank. Paper is good too.
Food
----
You doubtfully will have food supply problems. Outdoors food
storage/preservation technics is key point probably.
Take spices.
