       The Basics
       
       
       I'm  a  husband  and  father-of-four  living in  St.  Charles  County,
       Missouri, where I work at  a major defense contractor (yes, The Boeing
       Company...).  Trying to  keep  it  simple here, so...  my  normal  day
       consists of an early morning workout (if at all possible), as close to
       an 8-hour workday as I can  make it, and  then an evening filled  with
       the  typical sundries of a family with kids  spaced between  5 and 19:
       sports practices, church youth groups, errands to  keep the  house and
       car in reasonable shape, shoehorning in doctors' appointments and  the
       like, trying to provide  some amount  of help to my wife, helping with
       kids' homework  or college applications, taking  care of the @#$! dog,
       and then getting to bed later than I want  to...  after that,  lather,
       rinse, repeat.
       
       I  love  my  wife  and  kids.  Outside  of seeing  them  succeed,  the
       highlights  of my week are  morning workouts with my extended band-of-
       brothers  in  F3  [1],  and  especially  hanging  out  with  my  three
       ShieldLock  [2] brothers  for a  workout  followed  by a  breakfast of
       corned beef hash (CBH!),  eggs, and coffee in  the  park while we talk
       life, love, kids' loves, politics, and the finer points of cooking CBH
       to Peak Crisp.
