mkphlog v0.4 - silent mode and other fun thing

       Whelp, the new mkphlog is finally out. I wanted to get finish it 
       before I go away next week. It's new features include:
         -Posting from a file. This allows you to write a post in a separate 
          text file and have mkphlog automatically include it in your new post.
         -Silent mode. This allows you to use mkphlog without interaction. 
          Useful for scripts which run automatically.
         -A help screen which thoroughly explains how to use the new features.
