The move to mkphlog

       Yesterday, I decided to move my phlog to mkphlog, mostly because I
       finally added the features I want. Personally, I perfer the lighter and
       simplier interface of mkphlog over slerm, but slerm is far more polished
       and powerful than mkphlog, and if you want a good phlogging platform, I
       would still reccommend slerm.
       
       Also, Cameron Kaiser is working on buckd on SDF right now and cgi's
       won't run at the moment, so I suppose a flat file interface does have a
       few advantages.
       
       I do still have a few last features for mkphlog I want to add before
       I call it finished, but it's much more usable now.
