I've been (speed)walking for a decade now. I started it as a lunch break
       activity to lose weight but it has become an ingrained habit of moving
       around all day.
       
       Now my average step count is around 19k-20k.
       I never skip any day.
       I started collecting data on Nov 2025.
       I decided to use R to analyse the data as a bonus learning activity.
