1/1/25 Welcome to 2025
       
       5/5/26 I was at my worst 
       during these logs, they
       are disjointed and hard
       to read, I started these
       logs on 1/1/25 and ended
       around March of that year.
       I got admitted to a ward 
       and shortly after the last
       log I got sent to a residential
       treatment facility
